I have been exposed in different end to end project implementations under SAP finance and controlling (FICO) module for one of its major clients, Procter & Gamble, which I had the opportunity to handle different roles and responsibilities. Roles handled: Business Analyst – Project team member that is in charge of gathering all the business needs and requirements from the business stakeholders based on the project scope. BA is also in charge of leading the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), ensuring that the Key Users are able to test the changes in functionalities in the Acceptance Box (Testing Environment) and ensuring that the tests made by the IT expert during the System Integration Testing (SIT) are comprehensive based on the project requirements. IT expert (Functional) – Project team member that is in charge of all the changes in technical configurations based on the given project scope, IT expert is also in charge of testing and ensuring the changes in Systems Integration Testing (SIT) are ready for the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) by the Key Users (stakeholders).
