I was working in a electronic designs and manufacturing UK company, like SMT technician. I was assembling PCB (smallest SMT 0201), by hands, and with pick&place machine. My average of mistakes is less than 0,0001%, so I am a professional. And if I made a mistake I found mistake after have a look by eyes o scan inspection. Also I was helping on other departments, like development, testing, and through hole assembly.
