Conversion Rate Optimization
I am looking for someone who is an expert in analyzing and interpreting Google Analytics data and A/B testing, as well as website usability. I experienced a sudden loss of traffic and conversions, so I decided to redesign my website, concentrating on updating the look and minimizing word/text content (it was VERY 'text rich', and 'wordy' and overall, pretty "home-made" looking). It is now redesigned with improved usability. The website was relaunched, and, although it was slow to get going, I was getting at least some traffic and conversions. About a month later, the website was hacked and suffered a loss of traffic and zero conversions as well. By conversions, I mean actual phone calls and/or contact emails that generate revenue.
