It discusses how the rights were protected for the ones who used the technology for the same, and then the changes leading to the various disadvantages brought with advancement in technology, such as online piracy has been elaborated upon. The rights of the broadcasting organizations have been elaborated and the constitutional perspective of the same has also been discussed.
