Responsibilities include: • Providing watch service on existing client trademarks • Processing, advising and research for domestic and international clients in relation to domestic and international trade mark, domain name, social media and overall IP strategy including in regard to renewals, oppositions, deferrals, infringements and registrations. • Advising on and processing Australian design applications. • Assisting with litigation and debt recovery matters as required. • Collating evidence for contested and infringing IP • Preparation of IP Licences, assignments and agreements. • File and client management. • Marketing and creation of informational material for both domestic and international audiences • Development and presentation of seminars • Conveyancing work, both residential and commercial (as required) • Debt recovery and small claims matters
