Hi! I’m Randolf Reiner I. Ganal, 37 years young and I currently reside in Surigao City. I graduated at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran with a degree in Business Administration major in Management back in 2005. I’m a goal-oriented type of person who knows how to work on a team. I like getting things done efficiently and in a timely manner. I’m also a reliable person who will do whatever it takes to finish the job. I used to work as a call center agent with almost 6 years of experience working for multiple BPO companies. I’m the person who prides himself in achieving what is expected of me, especially in terms of providing excellent customer service to my clients. I just recently finished the virtual assistant training with the DICT program. I’m now excited to use the knowledge I gained in providing services to my possible clients. With my experience as a call center agent and my training as a virtual assistant, I’m really confident that I can do the task that will be given to me.
