I want people to know that I’ve been the guy who’s broken down. Who’s cried over lost loved ones. Who’s cried over his health and his business. Who’s said nasty and mean things to the people he’s loved the most and instantly regretted them. When I look back I’m not proud of the person I was. BUT I realise I had to go through that to get where I am now. I want the world to know that was a hugely important part of my journey. That when I stopped following other peoples advice and the paths well trodden my life transformed both emotionally and physically. Yes at times it was scary.
