Logo and matching backgrounds for social media

The YouTube channel Kaloriengenie (German for calorie genius) is supposed to give tips for a long-term change in diet. The idea is that it is possible to lose weight while you are
- eating enough
- quickly finish cooking
- shop sparingly
- eat delicious

There may also be product comparisons (cost / taste / nutrient ratio). In addition, tips for more exercise or to overcome the inner couch potato.

Possible color palettes are red, orange, yellow and green.
Modernity, vitality, optimism, fun and liveliness are important terms

The logo should reflect something changing or moving in a better direction.

In addition to the name, the logo should also contain the initials kg, which should then also stand not only for (K)alorien(G)enie, but also for kilograms. The letters could be one or two stylized weight(s) (like shops used them to put on a scale) or an (partially sorrounding) arrow around the letters that points downwards. Or the initials are on a bathroom scale, the display goes down or something completely different, after all, I'm here for ideas. The kilograms shrinking or sinking weight should be played with.
