Contest Brief

I am a African-American female, veteran (Army). I was born and raised in Daytona Beach Florida. I started this company to create generational wealth and freedom within my family. All the senior title holding employees on contract/ shareholders are family members. My values of family, loyalty, integrity and efficiency are very important to me. I am a mother, wife of interracial marriage (so our business accepts everyone) and business owner.

The company name came from as a child my mom took the first letter of our names and made a word (2 parents, 3 kids, 2 dogs). It became the family password. With my brother and sister gone this name makes sure they are still here and apart of it. And stimulates the foundation of family in the company.

My company is a family owned, over the road, freight trucking company. The company is based out of Florida but the drivers deliver loads across the county. My company provides transportation of goods in dry goods, cold goods, and oil.

Although the freight transport is what the main revenue for the company, I also have 2 trucks for moving peoples’ homes. I also have 1 tow truck and 2 dump trucks that fall under the same LLC

My company is also a 2nd chance company where, we give people with non-violent felonies a second chance on life

I started small but have grown and I am making strides to expand even more. I am also working on a contract to expand to overseas delivery. Been in the trucking industry for 15 years

My company also includes freight brokering (the logistics side).

What I need is a logo that incorporates all of the above. I want to increase my advertising so I want to keep the same logo for all of my companies previously mentioned, regardless of the fact that the LLCs are different. I’m a bold, vibrant, extrovert female. I want the logo to catch the eye and be memorable at the same time. So that when people see the logo they know they are connected under the same umbrella.

I do not have a company slogan yet, if that helps to know. Also know you have freedom to use any color scheme you want.
