I'm using a javascript treeview from for a project I'm working on. The treeview supports checkboxes so that when you check a parent ALL children are automatically checked. However, I need to extend the treeview - I want to be able to check a child and ALL ancestors be checked automatically. I have an Treectrl that have a File and Folder Structure in like Root -> -> ->MyGoodMusic(Folder) ->-> ->-> ->->MyBestMusci(Folder) ->->-> ->->-> ->MyBadMusic(Folder) ->-> Now I want to show in the Treeview only the folders. But like this way that the files are accesable, mean so that the files are not deleted, only invisble. The result must be: Root ->MyGoodMusci ->->MyBestMusic ->MyBadMusic I trie with " =I_CHILDRENCALLBACK;" and " = 0" but I have problems with subfolders then. OK. I need a treeview VB form or whatever that will allow a user to add, edit and delete auction categories, up to 6 levels deep in heirarchy. The project should read any categories off the SQL server, populating the treeview as it goes through the categories. When the user is done, truncate the database table, then save the list starting at id #1, then traversing all of the nodes, populating the DB fields properly with the correct id numbers and name fields. ...but I have not been able to get it to work. These are the specs. I would like a single ComboBox listing the users drives. When a drive is selected, or app is opened at root C drive, ListView1 will show just the folders (transparent icons) and no files on the root of the drive. When a folder is double clicked in ListView1, it will proceed into the selected folders sub folders (emulating a treeview etc...). There will need to be an Up Arrow a top row of ListView1 to navigate back out of folder. ListView2 will display ListView1 files only and no folders.
