Convert DirectShow code for use in Windows 10

I need someone to convert an existing C++ class which captures raw images from a video device (webcam, video capture card, etc.) in real time (every frame). I have used this class in my projects for about 8 years, and am just getting tired of crowbarring DirectShow into newer applications.
Current issues are that Qedit.h is no longer included with directx sdk newer than Aug 2007.
If you can also write a linux version there will be a bonus.
Please don't change/add to the interface functions, as this needs to drop right into existing projects.
