Our Company is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service for our office. This position requires someone who is organized, detailed oriented, and has excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for answering the phones, visitor registration, mail distribution, and scheduling company travel.
This is a multi-faceted position in a fast paced environment. Job responsibilities will include all front desk duties, assisting and supporting all other departments. This position requires ADVANCED computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel.
