I run an international registry (appointed by our governing society of our imaging technology: SCMR) collecting imaging data of a new imaging technology. Challenges included some programs' distrust of our data use policy (primarily due to misunderstanding) even though they are clearly laid out by the governing Presidents of our society, doctors' insert, a lack of motivation by some, and a number of other competing societies (from other imaging technologies or even within our own society). I have a list of points to address and I need a lightly emotional speech to lay out the many things we had achieved, the dedicated small group of volunteering workers who worked tirednessly in promoting this cause for the future of our technology, what's at stake without proving the values of our technology in the era of large evidence based data, and the very unique and timely opportunity now that commercial partners, society leaderships and collaborators et al are unified in our efforts.
