Build a Create Amazon Comparison Website

I need to create a website which compares prices from 4 or 5 Amazon websites in the EU for any chosen product and automatically provides the prices and links to purchase the item, showing which option is the cheapest.
It will be a simple design, only a 3/4 page website, but the main 'engine' of the website will be the hard bit. It needs to search Amazon servers for all the sites as quickly as possible and provide a currency conversion for the non-UK sites, enabling the customer to quickly see the best option.
The design needs to be simple but very responsive and modern. Mobile friendly of course. Predictive/suggestive text is required for the search bar, ideally in Wordpress.
I will require the person to code the site so that each link that appears is my affiliate link to Amazon. Also require ad spaces for Ad Sense, a blog page and a contact page.
If there is a template available for such a site, I am open to using it.
I can provide examples of similar websites to applicants I would like to interview, to give you a better idea of the work involved.
