Check so that "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" documents works legally

For my upcoming stock photo site, I have got two documents;
"Terms and Conditions" document (5 pages / 1839 words / 11314 characters)
"Privacy Policy" document (2 pages / 627 words / 3900 characters)
I need someone (perhaps a lawyer of some kind?) to check so that they are "legally working" (I don't know exactly the correct terms for this, but I think you understand what I want?)
The content on the site (which is not yet up and running) is added only by me, so there are no "contributor function" whatsoever. I am the only one taking all the photos and making all the other graphics, uploading it and eventually sell it. I guess / hope this will make it a lot easier, considering copyright laws and such.
