Help with rDNS setup, WHM configuration

We need someone reliable to log into our WHM account and configure rDNS, PTR, SPF, etc. to ensure that our clients can successfully send mail without being flagged as spam.
Up until recently, emails were functioning like a charm, but lately, we've seen a lot of bounces, and have even been blacklisted by some of the bigger email providers.
Ideally, an expert in this field would be able to take a look at our current set up and make the changes needed in order to send mail successfully. That includes setting up reverse DNS, properly formatted SPF, DKIM, PTR, etc.
