custom branded linux distro

hi there i am looking for someone who can help me to compile for me kubuntu or fedora kde distro into my own custom branded distro.

i need my own splash screen, login and logout screens and can use openoffice and other normal desktop applications packed.

i tried suse studio but it has only open suse and suse linux derivative i want to have my own using kubuntu or fedora

kindly contact if some one is capable to do this for me, i am planning to use it for my laptops and desktops in my own office and home
