Apple iOS iPhone/iPad/touch: Build iOS UI Code

We are constructing an iOS app and need a developer to build the UI code.

We require the iOS code to perform the following:

UI to include a floating gridview (3 by X) over a background (Gridview will scroll Vertically). Items in gridview will have an icon and 3 text.

UI to include a progress bar at the top of the Gridview (Custom image used in bar).

We apologize for the brief description, but if you are an experienced and talented iOS developer then you know what we are looking for.

We will pay a premium to have this fully functional code in a very short timeframe.

This job will be awarded to the programmer who can provide us with this fully functional code ASAP.
