Request for Software Application: Build ad-support software.

A Client needs software to support his products with advertisements. The goal is to give free products and generate revenue from advertisements. We need a programmer or a team of programmers to build the application that will create the environment to serve advertisements. Please note: We do NOT need an ad-serving solution. Please do not bid on this project with an ad-serving solution. Our client wants software that creates a frame at the top and bottom of the page that a person is viewing. In this frame, our client will serve ads. The size of the frame must be customizable dynamically. The frame created must also not have white or blank space around it. Ideally, the frame would take on the background image or color of the page it is inserted into. The core browser integration will be designed to work as an integrated component with applicable web browsers and not as a stand alone software component. The software installation process will create no localized files, setting or subsystem integration methods other than a single version identification number. User based data seeding, tracking, and logging will not be employed in any manner: this is NOT Trojan or SpyWare. The software should also integrate some basic functionality for our client, who needs to be able to control the ad location (top and/or bottom of the page), frequency, refresh, and open in a new window functionality. Everything must work 100% as indicated. SUPPORT FOR THIS PROJECT IS CONSIDERED A HIGH PRIORITY. Our client will need support for this project for 6-12 months. You will be compensated accordingly for any support work. Due to the sensitive nature of this project, our client’s confidentiality is of the utmost importance. Please treat this issue with respect. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
