[login to view URL] Clone - But Just Flash Games

I want a flash game website, but I want the format to be exactly like break.com. The top menus will have the type of games (example: sports, adventure, etc) then the page must be a simliar replica of the pages below.

Examples of each tab page (example: sports, adventure and etc):

I want to be able to manage ads on the admin page, like counting impressions and so on. Members are able to register and upload their own flash games. All videos should be in flash.

I'd like there to be a phpbb type forum built in and also each member to have their own page where their submitted games are posted. like this for example: [url removed, login to view]

I love the comment section and how it's developed. I saw this script online for cheap, so if you can find it and install it, that would be great also.

Basically it should look and feel like break.com.
