This is a quick and easy project.
It consists of two parts.
First part:
To create a set of only 5 questions based on the samples i m attaching using HTML5 or Flash or Unity or any other appropriate authoring tool.
I ll provide you with the graphics. I m only expecting from you the functionallity.
Part two:
Those questions should be attached on a WP or Joomla site and after those five questions are answered complete they should give back a score in a scoretable.
WP/Joomla websites are already setup but you can also setup your own.
