Banner ad tool

1. client will create ad banner or text and need to be able

select category, keywords, etc similar as: [url removed, login to view]

2. this banner will be automatically shows on widget : [url removed, login to view]

3. banner need to be randomly changed for every time someone open a website, number of preview need to be counted, and depends how many preview has been paid , system will preview only active banners.

4. Report need to be created and generated for each registered users, so user can see how many preview has been done and how many left(preview and $ left)

5. All need to be done with administration page ( so admin can add/edit/delete/approve user or add ( ad will be panding status untill admin change status from pending to active (after preview ad)
