At our school we have three computer rooms. Students should be able to make themselves an account to log in on the online study environment (that will be done manually once the IT lad recieved the data).
They should visit a page, fill in their data and hit okay. Their teacher should then have the option to check and confirm the data the student filled in (probably the easiest by having the teacher type in a code for himself that acts like a confirmation password). Once the info is checked and confirmed, the output should just be send to an email address
An advanced mail script is probably the best name I can fit on it
All what the students need to fill in is is their full name, class ID, computerroom (radio button with as options the different rooms, A209, B202, B302)
