Capture form info for emailing and autofilling a checkout

Hi,

I would like to create an email list of people who complete the first part of my landing page offer.

Basically ALL visitors who fill out the form are put into a “dropout list.?? However, those who go on to complete the checkout successfully are REMOVED from the list, so that only the people who did not buy are in my special list to email.

Here is the form where I would like to capture information from:

Notice that the shipping information is NOT repeated in the checkout (at this point it is captured but not displayed) Additionally the shipping information is used as the default billing information.

The programmer should be able to create a link that I can insert into my emails, which will either auto-fill the landing page data that they have already given (email and shipping info), OR jump right to the checkout page with this information captured in the background.

Here is some technical information that I can give:

Server software: Directadmin

Database type: mySQL

Checkout type: Javascript

Shopping cart which checkout transmits data to: Ultracart

Let me know if you think you can fully automate this process (so I don't have to manually place links in each email, or load the list into an auto-responder each day)
