Custom Wordpress Photo/Image Gallery Plugin

I am looking for someone to create a custom Wordress photo/image gallery plugin that is similar to what can be found on [login to view URL]:

My goal with this plugin is to generate more page views (with each image view) with a simple and dynamic photo gallery. The ability to insert YouTube videos would be awesome, but isn't required for this project. I think a simple customization of NexGen gallery would do the trick, but ultimately it's up to you.
The plugin should have:
- The ability to upload images from the "Add Media" button inside of a Wordpress post
- If it can't be done directly from inside of the post, it needs to have the ability to upload multiple images at once
- The ability to insert advertisements (like on Mashable) AND have the ability to track impressions that each ad has received. When that advertisement reaches X amount of impressions, it shouldn't be shown anymore.
- This plugin needs to be compatible with W3 Total Cache and a CDN (linked with W3TC)
- The images in the gallery need to be SEO optimizable (add alt tags in the same manner as the default Wordpress Gallery)
- For example, if I upload an image called "A Big Red [login to view URL]", Wordpress would automatically generate this alt tag "a big red car" (even if I don't physically type something into the alt tag field).
- It should have a "See All" button (just like on Mashable)
- It should match the look and feel of my site (something as simple as matching the previous and next button colors to my site)
- NO Google code will be hacked to achieve more page views. The page views also need to be viewable in ComScore and other analytics programs.
