Shopperpress Wordpress ecommerce website modify

I have created a wordpress ecommerce website selling toys using shopperpress, a premiumpress theme. I have uploaded all the products and made the categories. -I need the homepage to be designed and look appealing.(banners and graphics) I have an idea of what I want. -I also need USPS shipping integration that will calculate shipping cost by location, weight, and method (ie first class, parcel post, express, priority). Much like the WP e-commerce plugin offers. -I need to be able to post products that are for pre-order. I want an option when i create items i can say if it is available now or it is available for pre order on a certain date. -I will be using PayPal payments standard. When the customer is redirected to PayPal I want the credit card form be the default not the login for PayPal. -SEO (using seo by yoast) Most of the work is done, I just need these last few features. I expect the bids placed to reflect this. Please have experience with ecommerce and wordpress.
