craigslist flag software

Hello:

I want an EXE based software that continually flag a Craigslist post using different IP addresses. Basically a bot that will use an IP address and flag a post then go onto another IP to flag a post, then onto another IP address to flag the post. It will do this until the post is removed. Upon removal, I would like for the program to inform me.

I would like the ability to flag more than 1 Craigslist post at a time.

I would like to stop a few spammers in a section.

If you have developed a program like this before or have made programs that work with , please let me know via PMB.

I prefer a program that does not need proxies to successfully flag down ads. Or must be undetectable if proxies are used. Any ideas "how to" are welcome.

Must flag ads within 1-5 minutes.

Must work on Windows XP or/and Windows 7 OS.

Must be a multible URL entry to flag many ads. (1-20)

Must be undetectable to Craigslist.

New ideas are welcome.

I must be able to test it before purchase to be sure it works.

Program must Flag and Remove any Craigslist Post that is implimented by using an entry for Craigslist url's. I also have a website that can be used to integrate the script file for fast flagging. The link must be able to be password protected for my use only. Other Ideas are welcome.
