Hello everyone,

I want the design and the implementationof a C, C++ or Visual Basic Application which:

a. uses a visual system to detect and recognize user gestures

b. connects some detected gestures to open a program and move the cursor

I suggest use OpenCV library but you can use another if you don't know it.

I don't want some copy pasted code form internet, please.
