I'm looking for the following work to be completed:

1. We will need an EC2 instance [login to view URL] should be enough to start, we can scale once we need more power and this will keep us in the free tier)

2. If t3 is not available for our region, a [login to view URL] should be fine

3. For installed software, we will need PHP 7.4 and MYSQL for the database (not sure if this is important or not, depends on how much is being setup)
