I need basically android app that make call and transfer voice message.

Voice message is like "if you get your order press 1 else press 2". we store 10 numbers in array list and we have a start button when we press that button it dials call 1 by 1 on all numbers in array and deliver given message in form of voice. Message should be translated in Urdu language. Receivers listen message in URDU.

when it delivers message on all numbers then it displays list of given numbers and show receiver response whatever he/she press

also display that receiver pick the call or cut the call etc.
