I have an immediate need for a seasoned and professional system administrator or web developer, with in-depth experience in troubleshooting server issues on IONOS/PLESK shared VPS environments. I operate 20 domains on this server running Ubuntu with apache and nginx. Significantly, all websites go under without warning daily, an issue that urgently requires resolution. The areas of malfunction are alarming as logs often read as "AH00484: server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting" and "AH00491: caught SIGTERM, shutting down".
The websites in question mostly serve informational purposes, with one acting as an E-commerce platform as well. Hence, we require someone who understands the intricacies of both to ensure that our customer interaction is not interrupted unexpectedly.
You should also note that we have a backup system in place for all our websites, so we can afford to troubleshoot without fear of losing valuable assets.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
