Hi there, I am looking for a freelancer who can help me put my layout ideas on paper. I want to plot out a campus type of space that takes up 1 square mile of area. It will have apartments, restaurants, offices, large areas of green and things like that. The buildings don't have to be anything new so you can just use generic buildings you have made in the past for this. I just want an overall layout and design done for this area.
I have attached a picture of the overview of the property. There are some current buildings on the property already.
