The ground floor should showcase: * A living room which is cozy and welcoming. * A practical, easy-to-maneuver kitchen. * One bedroom that includes a swimming pool and jacuzzi for a unique experience. * A small open area for guests to connect with the outdoors. * A staircase leading to the upper floors. * Convenient and secure parking.
