Quantity Surveyor -- 2

I am looking for a freelance skilled quantity surveyor to manage the construction costs of our residential project. This will be in relation to the groundwork costs and civil engineering costs only on the site and will include looking at booking in once a week and liaising with the groundwork contractor. The most suitable candidate will have a history of delivering projects on time and on budget, as well as exceptional communication skills.
