GIS Data Extraction - open to bidding

Hi there!

I have what I believe to be a simple GIS data extraction project for someone who is a GIS software user. I need to extract some mailing addresses for property owners.

From this webpage you will need to download:

Item number 5: Parcels (land) - Shapefile

Item number 9: Tax Roll (Land) Without Owners' Names - DBF file

From what I understand you need to link/join that DBF file to the shapefile. I've attached a [url removed, login to view] from that website which explains the files/linking.

Once the DBF is linked to the shapefile, I need you to go into the shapefile and select all the property parcels that touch a road called Twenty Mule Team Road. I am not sure if the road names are available in the shapefile or not, so I am attaching a couple of visual graphics so you can locate the area of the map where you will find these parcels. All the yellow ones are the parcels I am interested in.

For all of the parcels which touch Twenty Mule Team Road, I want to get those particular records out of the DBF file and put into an Excel file.

I just need you to deliver that Excel file to me with the selected records. I will clean up the records myself from within Excel after that point.

It should be really simple for a GIS user, but I am not knowledgeable with GIS software so I am having difficulty with doing the joining/linking part myself.
