We have a Ubuntu 16.04.6 servers that are going to be loaded with a new Symfony 4 project using a docker container. Inside this Symfony 4 project we have an upload directory 'public/uploads' that needs to have it's permissions set when we build the docker container.

We will not be granting you access to our repository, we simply need help setting these permissions automatically with either the dockerfile or [login to view URL] files.
