Requirements:
1) Create .NET Core 3.1 MVC Web App project that can be further developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (use standard template as base)
2) Web app needs to run on CentOS 8
3) Login page needs to look just like login page for Cockpit ([login to view URL])
4) User authentication needs to be based on local Linux user accounts (i.e. all local system accounts can login to web app)
