I'm seeking a specialist to analyze two 1~5vdc inputs and create a digital output based on the positive and negative differential without using a microprocessor but instead discrete components. The system' scope is as follows:

1. Forward/Reverse Control

- The digital output should be on during forward and reverse movement (Active High) and considered 'Active High' at 5V. This output will be a MOSFET gate driver.

- A second digital output would also be on only during a reverse movement (Active High) @ 5V. This output will also be a MOSFET gate driver.

2. The first analog input (range is 1~5vdc) is a conditioned off-board signal.

3. The second analog input (range is 1~5vdc) originates from a position feedback potentiometer that has ZERO and SPAN calibration trimmers that are independent of each other. (e.g. adjusting the ZERO trimmer does NOT affect the setting of the SPAN setting). Zero and SPAN settings allow calibration of the control system to offset start and stop points in the comparitor (e.g. ZERO can be set with the feedback potentiometer at 25% (2vdc) instead of 0% (1vdc).

4. A 25-turn trimmer will allow setting the dead-band between forward and reverse drive triggers from 1% to 10% to compensate for noisy analog input signals.

5. The analog input section is protected against AC signals and overvoltage to prevent damage from incorrect field connections. A Pico-fuse is acceptable in this case.

6. The circuit is powered by 24vdc.

7. Deliverables:

a) Altium 365-based schematic utilizing US-sourced components.

b) Altium generated bill of materials.

c) PCB layout not required

Ideal skills and qualifications:

- Experience with control systems engineering

- Proficiency in designing with discrete components

- Understanding of forward/reverse operation principles

- Proficiency in working with Active High mechanisms at 5V.
