I would like to get an an app created which can be downloaded on any phone (iphone, samsung etc.). This app is an extension of my website where customers can: 1) take a picture from their phone and upload tax documents which should come to my e-mail 2) They should also be able to download a saved file on their phone and upload to documents which should come to my e-mail 3) customers are able to chat if they have any questions 4) can video or audit chat with the tax firm where we can complete their documents on-line. Please let me know how long will this take and the cost. You can provide a few designs to choose from and I will provide the content. If the cost is too much, then we can just think about creating features #1 through #3 above and not #4. My current website is [login to view URL] - thanks.
