Hello,

I offer project to developed an algorithm or method based on fuzzy functions and combination at least 1 known green computing method (local regression, median absolute deviation or static threshold) in CloudSim application.

Documentation must be included.

Workload should be dataset from PlanetLab, only scheduling, VM migrations and energy aware (with calculations).
