You need to be a legal person. Should have experience in writing End User License Agreements, worked on NDA's, privacy policies etc....You need to showcase some of your work before we proceed. You should be grammatically & verbally strong.
I would like you to write an EULA for the product that's going to be sold online. Please make sure to include the below terms along with the generic terms-
1. "Do not reverse-engineer this product. Re-using the javascript, jquery and other related code from this product should be strictly prohibited..."
2. ""By signing this contract, you also agree to every change in future versions of [login to view URL] yes, and EULAs are subject to change without notice."
3. "We are not responsible if this product messes up your sharepoint environment." - (Except for any refund elected by xyz company, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, if the Software does not meet Microsoft's Limited Warranty, and, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose)
