FIX 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR ON SERVER - URGENT

NOTE: I need urgent assistance on this issue - once assigned I need the freelancer to connect up with me and work on this via remote support immediately. Work needs to be done via remote support so that I can see what is done and learn from it (as I need to be able to diagnose these issues in the future).
I'm hosting a system and website on a Plesk Obsidian for Linux server and today it is getting 500 Internal Server errors.
I can access the file system, database etc and that is all fine. I have backups of everything.
I'm not out of disk space and CPU usage is good. I've had a quick look at the logs and nothing stands out.
This is what I've done so far:
- restarted the server
- Looked at the logs - but can't see anything obvious .
- tried to find the [login to view URL] file on my system in order to modify it to give more detailed error messages but I don't have such a file on my filesystem.
I'm doing this at an hourly rate project as I have no idea how long it will take but I suspect up to 2 hours.
