Receiving audio to Raspberry PI 2 and sending to another 2 devices via bluetooth

We need to send stereo music via bluetooth from a smartphone to a raspberry pi. The quality must be perfect estereo APTX bluetooth 4.0 or a2dp. With the music inside the rapsberry pi, a DSP convolution engine must be connected (convolver, brutefir) using ALSA JACK or equivalent. Then with the music output of the DSP, we need to send that music via bluetooth to another 2 devices (left and right) with the same quality but this time in mono, two separated mono signals for each device.

There are one electronic engineer in our team who will try everything and build the hardware needed. We only need help with the software and bluetooth devices needed, which must be compatible with rapsberry pi and smartphones, and must be as cheap as possible for a future mass production, but keeping in mind the quality is the first priority.

We also need to send music via WIFI and receive ananalog signal via any available soundcard (f.e. wolfson) to the rapsberry pi and connect via software to the DSP. An being able to change the audio source with a touchscreen (must be very simple no code here).

We also need some interaction with the gpio: 2 inputs and 2 outputs and explain how to control servos.

Some help changing the interface to be user friendly hidding some elements and compresing the entire system to be easy to copy in other rapsberies.

Seems long but is a really fast project we only need time to test everything.
