window and Linux server administration

hello everyone
we need someone who is good at window and linux-centOS servers
to maintain the servers for tow weeks
just a simple things to do like pointing an ip to a domin or installing some apps or packges.
for now this is what we need:
Server application level requirements :
Current version of MySQL and PHP
PHP Version 5.3.3
MySQL 5.1.17 or the last virson
and last virson of mysqli and imagick
Accesses:
Linux server (Open Office + Java support):
- login and password for FTP server for PHP application , host/ip (to the location of PHP app)
- login and password for MySQL database
Windows server:
- login and password for FTP server
- login and password for MySQL database , host/ip
-microsoft office
