Supply an XP Virtual Machine loaded with Rockwell software

To prepare a Virtual Machine system loaded with Rockwell (ie. Allen-Bradley's) PLC controls software.
I will only reply to those who know the Rockwell products (and convince me so!).
It must be pre-loaded with:
- XP Pro SP3 (only)
- RSLogix 5000 version 20 (or later)
- FactoryTalk View Studio ME, version 6.1
- RSlinx Classic, version 2.59
XP to be freshly loaded, configured with: 10 Gb min of free HD space and using 3 GB Ram.
I use Parallels (for mac) but VMware will do.
You will upload it to my FTP site, or somehow deliver it by download.
and I need it asap!
