To create a section of the website that will let customers request a quote for a web project. The customer will fill out a form detailing what they want on the website, number of pages, features, etc. Based off of the features and estimated disk space, the client will receive an automated estimate of their project. The features and prices will be in an access database. Frontpage will be used to interact with the database and HTML pages. Quotes and customer info will be stored in the database for future referance and modification. Thus, a simple admin section will be needed to access the customer estimates online.

I will also need the flow charts, diagrams, and a short user manual on how the system works.

Flow would be:

1. customer fills out form with their contact information

2. customer fills out form with the content they would like on the site based on drop down boxes from info stored in Access database.

3. Prices and feature selection are in DB. After the customer is done, an estimate is generated for their review.

4. A final submit screen is available for printing.

5. On submit, the data going into a customer's record as a new quote in the db.

6. An email going to the webmaster and to the customer.

7. The webmaster would log into an admin side to view the data and make changes if needed.

This should be a somewhat basic system for now that we can add to later. This is a version 1. Later, the system will need converted to PHP and mySQL on an Apache server.
