wap chat site modifications

hi, i run a chat site using mod_perl that is designed to work on wap mobile phones (it also has a web version too,but the main changes will only apply to the wap site).

The work required:

1:modify main menu (this currently consists of email inbox,buddylist,IM center,forums,chat,gallery,trivia quiz,news,vote,etc etc)

it will be split into different categories,hence reducing the number of selections on that main menu

2:change forum names,and chat room names (this should be relatively basic)...and also integrate a search feature into the forums.ie...search by sender,by subject,or by message.

3:integrate a uploads/downloads section...files are uploaded by pc,and can be downloaded on a wap phone....only specific files can be uploaded....these being .jar (java).. .gif and .3gp (some more may be added)..perhaps also integrating a search feature to make it easy to find [url removed, login to view] perhaps categories...can viruses and trojans be denied??!!

4: it is currently possible to go into a chat room and create a private chat room by doing the following command /r name ...so to make a private room called "chatty" you would type (/r chatty) then submit it..if possible,we would like to add a password protection system for custom made rooms..only if possible within the budget!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
