I need to write a program that takes shoe sales info. from one file (specified by the user) and based on the type of sale and the salesperson, prints formatted info. to multiline textboxes and files. Input File: Eac lne of the user specfied input file will hold the following info: inventory number-a 4 digit number desciption-up to 25 characters in length category-"M" is men's, "L" is ladies, "C" is children's price-all shoes are at least 10.00 and less than or equal to 99.99 salesperson-"B" is Bart, "L" is Lisa The file will look something like the following 1234,Pink Bunny Slippers, L, 1999, B 2345, Black Patent Mary Jane,C, 39.99,L 3456, Brown Wing Tips,M,69.99,L 4567, Blue Suede Shoes,M,99.99,B Output files: For each saesperson, write their sales to a file,specified by the user. The width of the lines should be 50 spaces. The file is to be formatted as follows: Line1: Title,specified by the user,centered Line2: "prepared by", centered Line3: your name, centered Line4: Blank Line5,etc: item number, followed by descirption, followed by a right aligned currency formatted price. The space beween the Description may be either spaces or dots Last line -3:total sales for that person, right aligned and currency formatted Last line -2:"Number of children's Items Sold:", followed by the number Last line -1:"Numberof Ladies' items Sold", followed by the number Last line: "Number of men's items sold:", followed by the number Screen Display: For each type of sale (men's, ladies'.children's) write the item number, item descrition, and price to a multiline textbox. The only way to format this nicely is to use a "typewriter" font e.g. Courier For eachtype of sale, print the total to a label, e.g., "Children's Total: $317.83"

The project must be named Assgn4 and it must have a close button. Other: This must be on Visual Basic 6.0 and its a project for a medium level class so it can't be overly technical. Variables must be used along with the use of option explicit of course. This should be pretty simple for anyone who is pretty good with VB6.0 Any other questions will be discussed.

## Platform

This needs to be handed in both on disk and printed out with the code and documentation. It must be Visual Basic 6.0 and run through windows 95 or 98 which probably doesnt matter anyway. Can be sent through explorer or netscape. Thats about all.

## Deadline information

Must be completed on April 2nd by the afternoon. This way if we have any problems they can be taken care of.
