I want to have a website that has a search box. A user enters either a website and/or a product and based on that promotional codes will be displayed. I will need something that searches the internet for promotional codes, links the codes to websites and products. For example, if I enter my product to be "mini dv tape" then I would get results of the website names with link that sell that product and the promotional code next to it. If I were to type "[url removed, login to view] and Mini dv tape" then I would get the promotional codes that could be used towards buying a mini dv tape from Amazon. I do not want an Amazon jewelery coupon code there because a user could not use that.
There should be an admin part that I would login and visit the site and product to verify the promotional code and add any comments about it for the user. There also needs to be a way that I can have a timer so I could specify that a promotional code is valid between two dates.
All of this needs to be in PHP and must work very fast when searched.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
