Connect Formstack form to Insightly CRM

I need a php file to connect a [url removed, login to view] form with [url removed, login to view] crm.

There is an api available.

I have very basic knowledge and have run into issues, but have created a basic file that works. However I have some more advanced connections that I cannot get past.

The form collects new registrations. I've been able to create a single contact, but I have not found a solution to do the following:

1. I need to convert the new registration to a 3 new contacts in Insightly; Applicant contact, mother contact, and father contact.

2. These three contacts need to be linked, and updated if already exist.

3. Then create relevant tags for each applicant, and add custom notes based on form data.

I really just need a working file that i can expand on in the future.
